Joyal and Gio were very thorough explaining what was needed to complete my taxes. I had a lot of tax documents and a seemingly complicated situation but they made it so easy! After a consultation they send me the agreement and intuit portal link to upload my documents. After that they took care of everything. They were sure to check in with me throughout so that everything was accurate and informed me what my return would be which was right in the range I was expecting!
