New York, NY – August 12, 2025 – Inc. magazine announced that Harness has again been named to the Inc. 5000 list, which highlights some of the nation’s fastest growing companies. 2025 marks the second consecutive year Harness has earned a spot with a three-year revenue growth rate of 313%.

“We’re honored to be once again recognized on the Inc. 5000,” said David Snider, Founder and CEO of Harness. “This recognition reflects the resonance of our vision of making the advisory process seamless and insightful and powering modern and valuable client experiences.”

Harness has been a pioneer in developing technology to support client and advisor tax experiences. In the last year, Harness has tripled the number of tax practices it powers. The Harness for Advisors platform has expanded with TaxAssist, a new solution that combines OCR and AI technology with human review to streamline tax preparation. Alongside a secure client portal and Concierge support, Harness helps advisors scale efficiently while strengthening collaboration with their clients.

Methodology

Companies on the 2025 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2024. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2021 is $100,000; the minimum for 2024 is $2 million. All applicants were required to provide revenue verification signed by a CEO and a third-party professional. Growth rates used to determine company rankings were calculated to four decimal places. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. See the full methodology here.
